About AFMA Enriched
AFMA Enriched Incorporated was formed in 2019 during the difficult Covid lockdowns, rise in unemployment etc. AFMA Enriched is a division of our Fitness & Martial Arts club known as AFMA.
We are very pleased to announce another community initiative about to start is our Women’s and Girls FREE self defence workshop which will be presented throughout Brisbane. We would like to recognise the Qld Govt Sport & Rec who have approved funding for this initiative. Our hope is to reach 1000 women teaching valuable self defence skills for women & girls.

- Held free Seminar on healthy eating
- Held Free seminar on anxiety, depression and panic attacks
- Fully funded 8 Youth mental health first aid officers for AFMA
- Fully funded 8 first aid accreditation courses
- Fully subsidised 15 level 1 coach accreditation
