Martial Arts
Our Martial Arts program caters for the needs of all students. We do traditional Shotokan Karate (JKA) and Self-Defence classes (Jujitsu & Aikido). We have Children classes, mixed children and Adult’s classes. We are using Martial Arts mats on the floor in our Dojos for comfort and safety for our students.
Australian Fitness and Martial Arts uniquely involves Fitness with Martial Arts making learning fun and energetic. Children from 4 years of age and up form our classes. We encourage and enjoy parents training with their children and working their way up to their different levels (coloured to black belts).
Our Logo
The Australian Fitness and Martial Arts Logo is quite unique in the way it designed, so everybody can easily associate with its meaning to represent AFMA and its versatility as an organisation.
Wear our Logo with pride.
